How to Change your Password

You can change your NoteDex password - as long as it is an account you created with NoteDex.

We support two types of login:  

1) When you login with your own 'social' login - an existing Google, Apple or Microsoft account managed by them, or

2) A NoteDex account - where you actually sign up for a user name (your email) and a password.

We offer (2) for those who don't have  or don't want to use the 'social' login.  If you are trying to login this way and don't have/forgot your password, you must go to them to update it - e.g. you must try to login to say gmail and follow their password reset instructions for your google account.

Ok, but if you have a NoteDex account then click on 'Forgot Password' and you'll be guided to reset. You'll need to get a verification code that is sent to your mail and 'verify' before you can change your password.  Here is a video.
